So we had a really busy day finishing off our Father’s day email campaign complete with a £10 gift voucher for all our subscribers - It’s on June 15th this year and we put together a gift guide, we love the Belstaff Indiana Jones jacket! We’re loving the charity Orchid Cancer’s Men in Pants day! – Men (and women) walking in their pants today in London in the name of charity! What a really great way to create awareness for male cancers. If anyone is walking we would love to hear from you… or grab a snap shot!

Well Hello Spring!

It’s been an exciting week here at homebody.
Despite the hurricane style weather earlier this week, we are starting to notice Spring’s arrival with flowers, some sort of daylight at 5.30pm and of course our new Spring Summer collection going online!
It looks like everyone is enjoying our new pieces with this week’s popular new items being our gorgeous Tailored Summer Shift Dress for Homebody and Homemummy’s Monaco Dress

Bumpy Oscars!

It’s going to be a bumpy Oscars ceremony this year! As every woman knows, the red carpet is the place to spot the latest fashion must haves, but this year the trend is going to be maternity couture! 
With the awards ceremony taking place on the 24th February, look out for Jessica Alba who is expecting her first baby, and will be an Oscar Presenter.
Nicole Kidman who is not nominated this year but has confirmed that she will be attending is also expecting her first baby.
Double Oscar nominee Cate Blanchett, is expecting her third baby and only has two months to go.
Glam yourself up with our Marilyn Dress for that “red carpet” feel.
Angelina Jolie has been in the news this week following reports that she has requested maternity leave in the summer and also in the news is speculation that Kate Hudson is pregnant too. Look out for “Sweeny Todd” Actress, Helena Bonham Carter, who gave birth in December and Ellen Page Oscar nominee for Actress in Leading Role for her part in the film “Juno” which is a feel good comedy about an unplanned pregnancy.Previous Oscar winner, Halle Berry is due to give birth to her first baby in March and recently told InStyle magazine (February US edition) that she wants to stay pregnant forever!The Oscars are taking place on the 24th February 2008 and will be the 80th Annual Academy Awards Ceremony.
